Dr. David Kahn
Bio
His oil and gas experience developed his early career at Halliburton and Baker Technologies with growth in Heavy Oil and production enhancement from western Canada through Venezuela. He has provided Customers and Employers, not the least of which was Ensyn Energy with reservoir expertise and supported their business development up to listing on the NASDAQ Exchange.
Experience with reservoir development for Public and Private company production in the USA, Africa and Eastern Europe / Asia that has supported their revenue growth up to $500mm annually.
His work as CIO of Valkor Energy has identified established the company as the largest heavy oil permit holder in the USA. Dr Kahn actively evaluates a wide range of reservoirs and production projects, constantly seeking the best opportunity to create shareholder value.
He is a proven team builder with a modern understanding of public markets and post Covid funding trends.

Keith Lapeze
Bio
Over the last ten years, Keith Lapeze has built a successful and active commercial, environmental, and tort litigation practice in state and federal courts. He has even represented clients on appeals and argued cases before the United States Fifth Circuit. Acting as Lead Counsel in several cases where potential damages have exceeded hundreds of millions of dollars, Mr. Lapeze’s broad litigation experience includes intricate suits involving fraud, breach of contract, personal injury, property damage, and state and federal environmental statutes. This body of work has not only garnered him the recognition of his peers, but it has also been featured in regional and national publications including Chambers & Partners and superlawyers.com.
In 1999, Keith completed a judicial clerkship with Judge James L. Dennis on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. After moving to Houston, he became a partner at Vinson and Elkins, PLLC, the largest law firm in the city and one of the most-respected throughout the entire country. Mr. Lapeze is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana, as well as the United States Supreme Court; Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas; and the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. Before graduating third in his class from Louisiana State University Law Center, he served as the Executive Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review.

Bio
Raphael brings 25 years in the corporate and business world, with experience in company building, capital markets, emissions markets, and operations design. A business builder, he was a co-founder and Managing Director of Finance for Clearblue Markets, the Chief Financial Officer of NWT Uranium Corp, Mr. Raphael Danon, is a Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, He received his Bachelor of Commerce from York University.

Roberto Fia
Bio
Mr. Fia is the CEO of Therma Bright and has been instrumental in directing the Company towards success. As a former investment banker for 20 years, Mr. Fia has developed a career of working with early-stage technology, medical device, mining and oil & gas companies. Mr. Fia left investment banking in 2019 and joined Therma Bright to pivot the business towards success. Mr. Fia was instrumental in driving acquisitions of the Venowave and Benepod products and developing one of the first rapid antigen saliva tests for Covid-19, AcuVid, through a highly experienced team with knowledge of lateral flow devices, regulatory and manufacturing expertise.
Mr. Fia has an extensive contact base in the investment community and knowledge of the TSX, TSXV and CSE listing processes. Mr. Fia received his B.Comm. (Honours) degree from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
